Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
AlphaOps (“we”, “us”) builds custom software, AI operators, native products, and business automation systems. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you may have over it. It applies to website visitors and prospective clients who contact us.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect your name, company, email address, optional phone number, the operating problem you describe, your selected build interest and investment range, and your consent to receive a response.
We do not use this website to collect payment card data. Do not include sensitive personal information—such as health records, financial-account information, government identifiers, passwords, or credentials—in the free-text field.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether AlphaOps can help.
- To prepare scoping documents, proposals, and follow-up communications you request.
- To maintain necessary business-inquiry records.
We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not sell inquiry data, use it for third-party advertising, or make legally significant automated decisions from the form.
4. Storage and processors
Inquiry data is stored on managed hosting infrastructure used to operate this website. Service providers process data on our behalf under their own confidentiality and security obligations. We do not share inquiry information with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep inquiries as long as needed to handle the request and, when an inquiry becomes a business relationship, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. Inquiries that do not become an engagement are scheduled for deletion or anonymization within 24 months of last contact. You may request earlier deletion.
6. Security
Website traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS. Public routes do not expose an inquiry-reading interface. Access to inquiry data is limited to people and systems that need it to respond. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, but AlphaOps applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a local data-protection authority. Submit the project form with “Privacy request” at the start of the description. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Any cookies used by the hosting layer are limited to what is necessary to deliver and secure the site.
9. Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. This policy describes the public website; individual AlphaOps products and client systems may have separate product-specific notices.
10. Contact
For a privacy question or rights request, use the project inquiry form and label the description “Privacy request.”
